What we run
Judge us on what we already run.
Three of our products are in daily use. Road XS is passenger transport software, used by services that move people every day. Pinga supports occupational health providers. Passport Proven verifies identity documents for employers who have to get it right first time.
All three are live, and still built and maintained by the same team that wrote them. When a service begins booking journeys at seven in the morning, the distinction between development and support stops being useful.
That shapes how we build for our clients. We are cautious about complexity, careful with data, and clear that a system carries a cost to run long after the build is finished.

Four disciplines, by one team.
Software development
Bespoke systems, platforms and the quiet plumbing between them. It usually starts with a spreadsheet that grew too important, or a system nobody will support any more. We work out what the job actually is, build the smallest thing that does it properly, then grow it from there.
Web and mobile apps
Apps for the people doing the job on their feet, and portals for the people who need to see what happened. A driver on a phone in poor signal and a manager wanting one honest number are very different problems sharing the same data.
Microsoft 365 and Copilot
Getting the everyday platform right before anything clever goes on top of it. Migration, licensing that matches how many people you really have, security set up properly, and an honest view of where Copilot saves time and where it simply restates what someone already knew.
Cloud and hosting
Somewhere for all of it to live, sized to what you actually use. Backups that are tested rather than assumed, patching on a schedule, monitoring that tells us before it tells you, and a status page you can check for yourself.
Road XS / Transport software
more efficient than the legacy systems transport services were running before. Old software makes people wait longer for fewer journeys, and that is the part that actually matters.

Three routes to the same place. The right one depends on how much you need to own, how quickly you need to be live, and what the budget will carry.
Bespoke, and yours
We take your requirements, design and build the software around them, then hand over the intellectual property at the end. Source code, full rights, and no dependency on us beyond the support you choose to keep. It costs more because you are buying the asset as well as the work that made it.

Licensed, and lighter
A smaller setup fee covers the build, then a licence covers the running of it. Hosting, updates and support arrive through the cloud rather than as a series of projects. You get the software you specified without carrying the whole development cost in one budget year.

Start from what we run
Road XS, Pinga Medical and Passport Proven are mature platforms with years of live service behind them. If most of what you need already exists, configuring and extending one of them puts you live in weeks rather than months, and the awkward edge cases have already been found by somebody else.

If route three does the job, we will tell you, even though route one is worth more to us. That decision happens during scoping, and you keep the written specification either way.
Third party software
Not everything is worth building from scratch.
Some of what you need already exists and is better bought than built. We supply it, set it up and manage it fully, which means one number to call whether the problem sits in our code or somebody else's.
Fully managed as standard, so licensing, setup, monitoring, patching and renewals sit with us rather than with you. This is not the full list, and it is not a shortlist we are paid to recommend. If you already have something that works, we would rather manage it than sell you a replacement.

We have to live with the advice we give, because we are the ones supporting it at half past seven on a Monday morning.
- A bespoke build you do not need
If something off the shelf already does most of it for a modest monthly fee, we will say so and help you set it up properly instead.
- Rebuilding a system that still works
Often the fix is an integration, a tidy up and better reporting, not a rewrite that takes a year and reintroduces solved problems.
- An app when a website would do
App stores are a commitment rather than a feature. If your people work on a laptop, a web app is cheaper and far easier to change.
- Every feature in version one
Half of what feels essential before launch turns out not to be. Build the half you are sure about and let real use decide the rest.
- Hosting it yourself to save money
The saving disappears the first time a patch is missed, and it disappears with interest the first time a backup turns out not to have been running.
