OJE Support
Help from the people who built it
Report a problem, book a time, or sign straight into your cloud services. Every request is picked up by someone who works on the systems, so you are not explaining your setup to a stranger reading from a script.
Answered by the makers
The people who host, patch and build your systems are the people who reply. No first line reading a script back at you.
02One place for everything
Report a fault, book a time, reach your Microsoft 365 sign in, reset a password or check live status. All from this page.
03Priority set by impact
How fast we move depends on what has stopped and how many people it affects, not on who shouted loudest.
Ways to get help
Four routes in. All of them reach the same team.
Use whichever suits the moment. If something has genuinely stopped, the phone is quickest. For anything else the form gives us the detail we need to fix it first time.
Support form
Tell us what has happened and who it affects. It reaches the right person with the detail already attached.
Open the form → Emailsupport@ojetech.com
Forward the error, attach a screenshot, reply to an existing thread. Anything sent here is logged the same way.
Send an email → Direct01789 654 980
Get in touch direct, and please leave a message if we miss you and we'll call straight back.
Call us → PlannedBook a time
Pick a slot for a phone call or an online meeting when you want to talk something through properly.
See availability →Book a time
Pick a slot that suits you, and we will be there.
Fifteen minutes on the phone settles most things. If it needs screens, choose the online meeting instead and we will send a link with the invitation.
Schedule a phone call
We ring you at the time you choose. Best for anything you can describe out loud.
See available times → If it needs screensSchedule an online meeting
A video call with a link sent in the invitation, so we can look at the problem together.
See available times →Times shown are in your own timezone, and the booking window opens in a new tab. If nothing suits, send the form below with a couple of windows that work and we will find one.
Client services
Everything you sign into, in one place.
The links clients ask us for most. Bookmark this page and you will not need to hunt for any of them again.
We will never ring you out of the blue and ask for a password, a code from your phone or payment details. If somebody claiming to be from OJE Technology does, hang up and call us back on 01789 654 980. A remote session only ever starts after you have opened it yourself from this page, and you can end it at any time.
Support form
Let us know what's happened.
The more of this we have up front, the fewer emails it takes to get you working again.
Try this first
Six things that fix it more often than you would think.
None of this is us avoiding the work. If any of it does not solve the problem in a couple of minutes, stop and send the form.
I have forgotten my password, or I am locked out
If you are on Microsoft 365 with self service reset enabled, go to the Microsoft reset page and follow the prompts. It will verify you through the phone number or app you registered when your account was set up.
If it does not recognise you, or your account is locked rather than expired, we have to do it. Ring rather than email, because we cannot send a new password to an inbox you cannot open.
I am not receiving emails
Check the junk folder first, then Outlook on the web. If the message is there but not in your desktop or phone app, the fault is with the app rather than the mail, and it is usually quick to fix.
If a specific sender is missing everywhere, ask them whether they received a bounce message and send us the wording of it. That single line usually tells us exactly what happened.
Our website is down. Is it the site or is it us?
Try the site on mobile data with wifi switched off. If it loads there, the site is fine and something local is blocking it, usually broadband or a filter on your network.
If it is down everywhere, check the status page before you write anything. If we already know, the fix is already running.
We have a new starter, or somebody is leaving
Send the form with the priority set to question or request. For a new starter we need the full name, the job title, their start date, whose access to copy, and whether they need a device.
For a leaver, tell us the last working day and who should receive their email afterwards. Give us a few days notice where you can, because licences, mailboxes and devices all have to be arranged in order.
Can you get onto my screen to see the problem?
Yes, and it is often the quickest route. Open the remote session link above, run the small file it gives you, and read us the code on screen.
You stay in control throughout. You can see everything we do, and you can end the session at any point by closing the window. We never start one without you.
Something has broken outside working hours
If you are on a support contract with out of hours cover, use the emergency number in your service agreement. That reaches somebody directly rather than a mailbox nobody is watching.
Otherwise, send the form anyway. It will be waiting at the top of the queue first thing, with everything we need already in it.
