Come and say hello

Tell us what you are trying to achieve and we will tell you how we would go about it. Pick a time below, or send the form and we will come back to you.

01

A person, not a queue

What you send reaches the people who would actually do the work. Nobody relays it, and nobody reads it back to you from a script.

02

A straight answer either way

If we are not the right fit, or the budget and the ambition do not meet in the middle, we will say so early rather than three meetings in.

03

Nothing to commit to

The first conversation costs nothing and starts no sequence of follow up emails. Use it, then decide in your own time.

Ways to reach us

Four ways in. All of them reach the same people.

Use whichever suits the moment. If you would rather talk it through than write it down, book a slot and we will ring you. If you have detail to share, the form carries it better than a phone call does.

Already working with us?

If something has broken and you need it fixed rather than discussed, the support page is the faster route. It logs the fault with the detail we need and puts it straight in front of the team who look after your systems.

Book a time

Pick a slot that suits you. We will do the rest.

Both open in a new tab and take about a minute. You will get a calendar invitation straight away, and we will have read anything you send us before we speak.

Times are shown in your own timezone. If nothing on there suits, send the form below with a couple of windows that work for you and we will find one between them.

Send a message

Tell us what you are trying to do, and we will tell you how.

None of this is compulsory beyond the marked fields. The more you can give us, the more useful the first reply will be, and the fewer emails it takes to get to something concrete.

Anything you have already tried that did not work

Before you write

The five things everybody asks first.

How quickly will somebody actually reply?

Same working day for almost everything that arrives before mid afternoon, and within one working day for the rest. If the answer needs somebody who is out on site, we will still acknowledge it and tell you when the proper reply is coming.

If something has broken and you are already a client, use the support page instead. That route is prioritised by impact and moves considerably faster.

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. The first call is us working out whether we can help and whether the thing you want is worth building. If the answer is no, that is a useful answer too, and you have not paid for it.

We do not run a follow up sequence afterwards. If you go quiet, we assume the timing was wrong rather than that you need chasing.

We are small. Are we too small to bother you?

No. We have worked with everything from two person not for profits to FTSE organisations since 2005, and the small projects are often the ones where a good decision makes the biggest difference.

What matters more than size is whether the work is a fit. Tell us the budget you have, even roughly, and we will tell you honestly what it can and cannot buy.

Can you take over something somebody else built?

Often, yes. We inherit sites, systems and hosting setups regularly. The first step is usually a short audit so you know what condition it is really in before you decide whether to fix it or replace it.

Bring whatever documentation and access you have. If you have none, that is common and we will work out what exists from the outside.

What happens to the details I send?

They are used to reply to your enquiry and nothing else. Nobody is added to a mailing list, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

The full detail, including how long we keep things and how to ask for them to be deleted, is in our privacy policy.
